| Rick, Let me clarify the matter, I'm not saying Jr internationally withdrew warrenties, I am only refering to the agents here by us locally. I dont think it is the policy of Jr, I doubt if this has come to their knowledge, since this withdrew was done by the Jr agents here. So untill I know for a fact that this is a Jr directive, I will call this a issue between me and the Jr agents here. This hapened due to the extend this problem occured, locally. I am a loyal Jr supporter, and have purchased loads of their equipment in the past. This situation is what shocks me.
I dont want to name the agents and location just yet. We are still deliberating the issue. However if the problem is not resolved I am willing to make all the information available.
I searched runrider for similar problems, and then found this thread, granted, as you stated with 3 posts on it. I was surprised, because I had the mental picture that this problem is existing all over. This impression was brought to me by this alleged Jr agency. So the extend of the problem locally is not reflected in runrider, propably because this is a non issue elsewhere, meaning a non existing problem. That is exactly what puzzles me!!
Why did the agents withdrew the warrenty, only here by us, in these exact type of situations??
Update: The agents agreed to take a serious look at the component and reconsider whether the warrenty will be honored in my case. I will post the result as soon as it is in.
