Yes, I'll buy a lot of them. If it turns out to be a decent flying helicopter, and one that is resonable to purchase, and fairly easy to repair. I feel most people would buy one or two of them at some point, if they meet this description. Helicopter tech., and the knowledge used to make and build them today is getting better by leaps and bounds. Krause and Bennet know what a good helicopter should fly like. They also know the reliability of it is very important to a flier as well.

I hope there new market entry suprises and delights everyone, including me. I almost bought Fury helicopters to play around with at one point. After weighing it's performance, verses what it cost to repair, and the time required to repair it, I elected not to play with them.

I would personally like to see another good helicopter on the market which is priced fairly. One that is predictably reliable, has resonable repair costs, and is relativly easy to repair. Again, it must fly pretty well. However, it does not have to be the best flying helicopter that was ever made, to satisfy my wants and needs, or those of many other helicopter fliers . It simply has to fly predictabley and decent. If the general cost is fair along with it, the rest will be history.

This is the kind of helicopter the bluk of the market wants and needs, when it comes to a model helicopter kit. Also, this sort of helicopter is really the lions share of the RC helicopter market anyway. That is the reason the Raptor helicopter came to be so popular. It also was very popular well before people were flying it hard. This happened because it was resonable to buy, easy to build and repair, and could fly well enough to satisfy the desire of most sport helicopter fliers. It opened helicopter flying up to many people. Most who would have never even considered owning a helicopter, before the Thunder Tiger Raptor hit the market.

This Raptor rave has shown the helicopter market is responsive to helicopters like the Raptor, and along these lines. The Raptor market has also been perpetual on it's own merit. It has been the most succesful helicopter made to date. You can't ever knock success.

Bob, I agree with all of your points; but think about what you're asking for.

" Reasonable to purchase", "easy to repair"' and "reasonable parts prices" means a plastic ship; any way you cut the cake.

The Raptor was a huge success because it was priced to sell. I paid $400 for my first Concept 30 (SX), and six years later paid $229 for a Raptor V1.

I think it safe to assume that this new Synergy machine will be, at least, on par with the Fury; i.e., lots of metal/composite parts, and not much plastic. What remains to be seen is how much profit the new company is willing to shave.

While I can't speak for any other brand, I know what Horizon was paying JR for each Vigor Standard kit a few years ago. Their profit margin was, to be kind, obscene. Of course, they have to get the money somewhere to pay for all those glitzy, full-page color ads...

Anyway, I wish T & J well in their endeavor. I'm one of those who is happy with what he's got, but I will be interested to see what the new ship looks like.

Galifrey, if you get the UK importing rights can you please rape me over a barrel on the price. I enjoy it so much and have gotten used to the @$$ pounding from all the other importers

Back on the topic, I would definitely be interested in one, if JK and TB can put their collective experience into its design it'll be one awesome heli.

TRUST THEM

Well, I can tell you this is going to be great. You say what is going to be so great, the whole dam package from beginning to end trust me know this for fact. And if we leave their success up to a poll god helps us all remember the fury is so popular because JK TB provide it time and time again, Oh yes don't forget the most important part, who is the number 1 pilot in the world that’s Wright JK. Why would Jason and Todd put their names on the line knowing that the world is the critic? I know both Jason and Todd very well and have put my trust into them the past and in doing so I have come out on top of my game. Why would they start now? Remember this the light at the end of the tunnel isn’t the train coming well maybe a train filled with Synergy Parts hehehehe no really it’s a new beginning and I can wait Dino Spadaccini
