e-Hirobo SRB Quark - Lepton - XRB Coaxial > MS CH46 problem

Beside I think it is to much money for the kit, it was confirmed when I received one!

Now I have the following problems:

Problems with MS 25:

1) When you connect the two gain controls from the MS24 gyro the nick function is NOT
working any more. If you take out one of them (doen't matter which) the nick is working.
(tried with different receivers).

2) When you move your nick stick to the FRONT Rotor servo's are moving ok:
Elevator servo DOWN, left-roll and right-roll servo's UP.

BUT!! the REAR Rotor, left-roll and right-roll servo's are moving down!!,
the elevator servor is also moving down (this is correct).

3) when you give pitch all the FRONT Rotor servo's are moving up, that's ok
BUT!! the REAR Rotor left-roll and right-roll servo's are moving down !!
the elevator servo is moving up (this is correct).

Any ideas

Frank,

The remote gain connector from your elevator gyro (On top of the machine) should go to an aux. channel on your receiver. This allows remote gain adjustments to be performed. Only one remote gain function is used, Not both. Once you install all the servos to the mixer board, it is the 2 gyros that plug into the rudder and elevator functions of the receiver. While this is explained in the directions it is not clearly portrayed in the mixer board photographs. If you need any additional information or set up assistance please feel free to contact us at MS Composit-USA, sales@mscomposit-usa.com or call (650)592-8592.

Best Regards,

MS USA

Thank your for your offer MrCarbon.

I checked over and over the wiring and it is ok.
I will not connect the 2nd gain control although it is strange that you cannot use it on your receiver to control it. Without the gain connected the problems are still there.

Pitch stick front (more pitch (+):

Front elevator servo: down
Front right roll servo: down
Front left roll servo: down

Rear elevator servo: down

Pitch stick back (less pitch (-):

As you can see, servo movement is wrong.

After hours on the phone with Simon from Mscomposit, they are very
Helpful, checking the placement and direction of the servo’s and ton’s of other things, I decided to return the mixing board, it must be faulty.

Keep you all posted
