i have a phenix 10 and a model motors1215/16 mini ac and dont know what timing mode to use?Can anyone help

I have one of those controllers and i have not got around to fitting it yet
I have just looked at the instructions and the default setting marked with a asterix should work fine thats what i shall use

Update on the settings i have flown the phoenix controller with the century hummingbird motor with the timeing set on standed and everything seem fine i have had around 10 flights with it now
