I just got the mount back from the machine shop, It's fully adjustable for different pinion and main gears. I should have everything hooked up this week, I will post updated pics, setup and flight performance info when it's completed..

Did you remove the lower bearing block ? It looks like you did, I thing it is required.

Lower bearing block..

Yes, the lower bearing block has been removed, but it is not required for anything other than the glow engine. The upper block is still in place(the pinion shaft rides in it) It did not loose any structural strength by removing the lower block, as it still has the rear section that the main rides in... I will keep you updated..

The E-Vigor has had its first test flights.

We did a few test flights in on the e-vigor. It seems to have plenty of power and handles very well. The total weight without batteries is 7 lbs 11 oz. We have a little tweaking to do before it gets opened up. Video and photos will be posted soon..

The e-vigor is finally 100% complete!!

The e-vigor is finally 100% complete!! Here are some pics of it..

We have done several test flights with it and it has awesome power with the actro 32-3 and 10s 3p lipo setup.. The batteries sat too low in our initial flights, so I moved them up closer to the main gear. I think that should fix the bottom heavy problem.. We should be able to get some good video of it this weekend, I will post it if we do..

The conversion is very straight forward and just about everything uses existing holes. The only thing that needs to be drilled is four holes in the rear of the frame for the battery tray(by the speed control).

Tanic 7500 mah 5s3p lipos(two packs for 10s3p..)
Actro 32-3..
Hacker 77amp opto heli esc..
88 tooth main gear, 9 tooth logo pinion..
carbon battery plates..

It has awesome power,,,, very close to a c-spec and
depending on how you fly, it will fly between 12 and 18 minutes on a
charge!!! All up weight is 10 lbs 9 Oz. Quite a bit could be lost if I switched to 6000 mah tp packs..

Thanks! I sell the mount and battery plates with all the required hardware for $115 shipped..

If I remember right, the motor was about $300 and the esc was around $200..
