I'm looking for beginner set-ups for an XP8103H that is controlling an ERGO 46 with an O.S. 46, JR G460T gyro, stock blades, 30% nitro, training gear, "podstyle".

Hi akpatterson2000,

If you set up your heli by the book, meaning by what the instruction manual shows for beginners, you will have a nice tame heli to work with. In fact, the 3d settings they show are pretty tame too by todays standards. The best advice anyone can give you is to get a sim and wear it out before you try your first flight with the real thing. You do that and the time on the training gear will be very quick, if at all.
