Hi Heli fliers,

Just curious to find out has anyone use any 2-stroke engine treament oil in their heli engine ?

How does one pro-long the life of their heli engine ?
Any advice or tips appreciated.

There was a product called Snake Oil that many years back I used in my car and airplane engines. I always thought it done them some good. It did not hurt anything.

Most of the "stuff" us petroleum based ant that will damage the seals in the carb. the access to the carb is limited in most helies. if you really feel a "need" you can pull the plug and put it in there. or put a "bleed" fitting in the back cover and squirt it in there. I have found no need myself.
