e-Mikado Logo 400 500 600 > Logo 10 Carbon or Logo 14???????

I am after purchasing either the Logo 10 carbon or the Logo 14.

But I cannot decide which one. There seems to be very little info on either of these helis available. I have looked on the Mikado site and on e-zone , but there is not a lot of info to be found.
Does anybody have any advice at this stage as to which is the better of the two. I understand that they both share the same frames, so the Logo 14 is perhaps only a slightly larger version of the Logo 10, with larger blades and boom.
Any dates on them?????????????

Cheers

I am on the list for the Logo 14. I decided on the 14 over the 10 mostly because of the driven tail and size. The Logo 10 does not have a driven tail for autorotation. I guess it comes down to what you want to do with the heli and how big a battery pack you want to get.

I've been told that it should come in about a few weeks.

sail-
am i mistaken, but i am pretty sure that the 10 3D and the 10 delux both come with auto hubs, making the tail a driven unit.

anyway, i looked very hard at the 14 also but deciced to go with the 10 3D as i could more easily start at my level of experience and work up by changing pinion/battery combos within a greater window.

Logo 10 uses a belt drive for the tail and the Logo 14 uses a driveshaft. The tail on the 10 does not autorotate but, I hear that it can be modified to do so.

Heli88 is correct. The tail on logo 10 (3D or not, carbon or not) is not driven. A one way hub is available (stock on the carbon or 3D) but the tail is still not driven.

The 14 has split gearing so the tail is driven. It is still driven by a belt, not a torque tube.

I have a 10 that i love, but if i were choosing now, i'd get a 14 for just this reason (tail control during autos).
