What is the max blade root thickness I can fit in an Ergo 60 blade holder?

14mm

I am 95% sure it is 14mm on the stock blade holders. You can use 12mm with shims though.

Slider, Be 100% sure

Slider is 100% correct. 14mm root on the Ergo 60. Just bought new blades is how I'm remembering. And yes, 12mm will work with shims. And in case you're wondering, it's a 4mm hole.
