I just finished a Logo 10 and the ball links in the head are tight. I tired to size them with a JR ball link sizer but, it was to small. I am now using 400 and 600 grit sand paper on the balls to size them. Is there any tool or way to do this better and faster?

Just leave the ball links and balls alone. They will loosen up by themselves as you fly.

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick

Here's a cool way I was taught . Mount a link ball on a long enough screw to mount in to your drill . Before you mount it in the drill lightly roll the ball on a file to cut some tiny grooves into the ball , mount the screw into the drill , snap a link on to the ball and spin the drill a few revs , give it a try and repeat if needed .

A gentle squeeze on the link while it's on the ball should do the trick.
