When I try to start my Raptor 30 it locks up.This has been going on for a week. The starter turns counterclockwise which loosens the fan nut & results in a teardown only to happen the next time. The one way bearing only allows turning the motor in counterclockwise direction. What is going on here.No amount of Locktite or tightening will help.It happens EVERYTIME.

Counter clockwise is the proper dirrection for starting your engine. From what you are describing, you are not getting the fan and crank nut tight enough. Are you using some type of crankshaft stop when you tighten everything up.

Yes

I'm putting a stop against the crank inside the motor & tightening it as much as I can.It has come loose everytime I try to start it.
