stainless steel, stronger, and nice sound.
I assume no one can measure the power, since every one use different fuel, setup, altitude, so you cant compare.
also note that zimmermann is cheaper.
comparing to K-S and hatori, 140$ for long muffler,
and you can have zimmermann for 80-90$
