1x 3003 on throttle, GY401 Gyro with 9253 on the tail and 2x 3001 for the rest. Why in the world do you think you need a 9000 series servo on a 30 size heli.

Good deal I would not tell aman to buy low end stuff when I got my first heli every one said the 531 that came with 8103 where good enough but to me they leave a little to be desire so when i built my 2nd one I used 3-4735@ 90.00 a pop and 1-8411@109.00 and 1-517and this is on a rapptor you get what you pay for. I have 2 set up with low end servos one i got that way the other was not knowing any better but every thing else will be high end

Depends on how you look at it. You might want to upgrade to a 60 later, and it would be nice if you didn't have to replace cheap servos.

I agree with Gary, that's why I put 9202's in my 30 (cept for throttle and rudder). Now I have the 50 and glad I got those 3 9202's. The 50 doesn't really need them either, but it sure is nice not to worry bout them. And there may be a 60 in my future.

I use Hitec 5625's on my Raptor 46 cyclics and collective, 625 on the throttle and a 925 on the anti-tourqe (rudder). No problems so far. For the money, you can't beat the Hitec digitals.
