Greetings from Manila!!!

I just bought a stock, mint condition Voyager E. Checked all parts for bends and wear and its really in pristine condition.

I plan to fly it out of the box for now (stock motor, 16T pinion and sub-Cs). I also plan to use Hitec HS-81 for all servos (which was left of from a small GP plane I flew before).

Does anyone here have a sample or template of an adapter I can use so I can mount the HS-81? A .pdf or autocad (.dwg) format will be much appreciated.

What kind of mods, upgrades or hop-ups should I look into? I don't plan to go full brushless set-up yet nor CF frames (not yet available in LHS).

Currently I fly a Voyager .50 and this is my 3rd electric heli (I used to fly an EP concept and the Feda Dragonfly micro heli before).

Thanks!!!

Hi,

I'd suggest you run 8 cell packs if you can. You'll be much happier with the performance versus the recommended 7-cell packs. The stock ESC will handle 8 cells.

The next time you order parts, make sure you order several brushes and springs for that stock motor. You'll go through them in a hurry.

As far as upgrades, you might be interested in Carbon Blades. MS Composit makes a nice set for the VE. Other than that, anything to save weight would be helpful.
