What is Tri-Flow exactly and where can you get it?

Tri-Flow is a spray lubricant with a petrolium based vehicle and teflon molecules in suspension. Most auto parts stores and hardware/ home centers carry it. A better choice is SpeedX. Available direct at www.corrosionx.com.

You use grease in the bearings, but say , on the mainshaft where the swashplate slides, or the tailrotor output shaft, something like TriFlow is a better choice. Grease tends to attract dirt and hold it.

Correct me if i'm wrong. I was told Tri-flow consists of Teflon , Silicon , and graphite.

TriFlow

Great stuff, always have some in my flight case. Just remember to clean it up occasionally. If you apply too much for too long it turns into a thick grey sludge. I do not use enough to cause this type of cakeing, but some guys fell that if a little is good, more is better *!NOT!*
