Hi,

I have a Rap 30 and GY240 Gyro, have the linkages set-up on the tail w/ no binding in non-HH mode, servo arm centered, EPA`s at 100%. Also have the ball link at the recommended 12mm out on the servo horn w/ 4.5mm between the tail hub and slider. My question is, when I put the gyro in HH to check direction the servo overdrives the endpoints on the bench, so should the EPA`s be set in HH?

The rudder EPA will have no effect on the binding in HH mode. The gyro is the only thing that can do that.

If you don't have a travel adjustment on the gyro, then all you can do is make the servo arm shorter, or the rudder bell crank arm longer.

Recommended setup dimensions are only a starting point. The heli manufacturer can't predict what every radio/gyro/servo combination will do.

The gyro manufacturer can't predict the exact linkage geometry of the model it will used in.
