Ok here we go again. I'm getting rid of my h2 and have ordered a zoom 400. Is there any setup tricks, or any problems that I need to know before I get my heli and start building it? I would really appreciate any help that you can give that might make my experience with my new heli a pleasant one.
Thanks

Thanks for the great info. What is your opinion of this heli? Does it fly better than the H2? I'm hopeing that it isn't the nightmare that the H2 was to try to setup, I spent countless hours trying to get it setup properly and probably didn't get 3 hours of decent flight time on it. I have high hopes that this heli will be alot more fun to fly.
Thanks

I think the Hornet II is probably the better flyer, but the ease of set-up on the Zoom is going to win a lot of folks over to it

I agree with Boyd, H2 flys better then the zoom but the zoom easily wins on ease of setup. It is a no brainer to get going and the H2 is not quite as easy.

What makes the Hornet 2 fly better than the Zoom? Could you give specifics. There seems to be a significant number of Hornet 2 helis consistantly listed in the for sale forums.

stiffer blades, faster cyclic, better power to weight ratio, these were the differences I thought made the H2 better. Granted with stiffer blades, different paddles and an optimized brushless setup I am sure the zoom could be just as good.
