Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone had any idea where company’s like HOVERCAM, FLYING-CAM and, COPTERVISION get there extremely high-end RC helicopters and gyro stabilized mounts with there +20lbs payloads. All these copanys can be found on line by simply adding .com after the name. I’m new to all of this so any input would be much appreciated.

Hi

At a guess they probably design / develop the helis / airframes themselves, and as for the gyros I know Kenyan (sp) gyros are the norm in aerial photogrpahy from fullsize aircarft, especaily helis, they probably utilise a smaller one, similar to the one John uses at Airfoil.

I may be wrong but I've never seen any of their ships available commerially unless they are derivatives of the gassers we all know and love, Bergens, XCells, Vario etc etc.

Hopefully someone knows the real answer and can help you out more but as I said this is just my thoughts on it.

Cheers

Lee
