He is actually my friends partner. He is a great worker. I posted a pic of my new Dutch Shepherd. She will be my partner in about a year and change. She is 14 weeks and already has a hell of a bite (She bit through a puppy sleeve and left four holes in my arm).

I have kept him pretty lean. He is very muscular, no fat and a big drive. He doesn't like long walks, but his respiratory system is A+.

Is he/she a Maine Coon? We have a Maine Coon that looks very similar to yours. Her name is Galadriel. About 25 years ago, I had a cat named Bilbo, then Frodo, now Galariel. She is the epitome of lap cat. She is not shy at all, she gets right in the middle of anybody, stranger or not. At close to 20 pounds, you know it too! Maine Coons are large breed cats that rarely meow. They chirp or yip. Very bizarre, she thinks she is carrying on a full conversation with you.

I would have to say though, the ocelot I had as a kid would pick its teeth with the bones of those birds. Imagine a cat the size of a golden retriever, he was a little over 3' tall at his shoulders. We let him outside when he was young, till he killed the neighbors dog. He lived about 12 years.

The big Owl has taken a cat , Only knew this because she coughed up a big pellet and normally she only eats yellow chicks..
