HELP!

I have been trying to repair a Lama for a neighbor who is getting into the hobby and I need to replace the upper rotor's main shaft. I can't get the two little pins out that hold the blade grips and flybar out. Anyone know the correct procedure for getting those little buggers out of there?

I'm stumped...

Sorry I don't have mine in front of me but I'm pretty sure you can't get the flybar mount off - its stuck onto the shaft. The grips are held on with a pin that goes through the hub assembly. You can push this out from either end. You have to get the upper shaft out by removing the lower maingear and it slides upward. Hope my memory is working ok.
