Does someone have a better map. The map shown on http://srcha.com/SWHR/swhr.html is pretty poor. I can't find the location at all on Mapquest.com. An accurate location, preferably a mapquest URL, would be helpful.

The link to this map page http://srcha.com/schneffmap.html doesn't even have a map?

One page says it's at Scheff Farms, antother says Schneff Farms. So far, I'm not impressed with the promotion for an event of this scale.

GPS

How about the GPS coordinates. That way we can get lost in style.

Also, what is the best route to avoid the Phoenix downtown multi-intersection area. We always seem to spend an hour going thru that section. It sure would be nice to route around that.

Thanks for posting the correct address, I was on maps.com last night. Kinda found the general area, but couldn't find Hobbs road, and the rest of hte map didn't resemble anything i found online. Is this easy to find once you are there? Any signs or anything to make it easy to find?

There will be signs on Ellsworth road and also on Ironwood road, it is easy to find, Rittenhouse turns to a dirt road right as it hits hobbs, so if you end up on dirt before you turn right (sign) then you went to far... signs will be orange and hard to miss.

Phoenix FF

Just got back and I have to say that these guys put on a first class event. It was smaller than previous years, but, that's what made it great. I didn't have to beg for my frequency once. I think around 60 pilots showed up. 10 flight stations with at least half the field open at all times for open flying. I burned more fuel this weekend than almost any other. I had a blast. Thanks guys. Looking forward to next year already.

Let the good times roll

We also had a good time. It was worth the 7 hour drive. Met new friends and saw some old ones. That by itself makes the trip worthwhile.
