i bought an x spec from preddator2004

FREYA X-SPEC WITH 2 SET CF BLADE, O.S 61WC ENGINE $840.00 OBO NO ELECTRONICS SEND EMAIL ADDRESS FOR PICS CAN SHOW RECIEPT WHEN BOUGHT. MUST SELL TO FUND ANOTHER PROJECT.

i got from him heli with damage due to bad packing ..
the extra cf blades missing, manuel missing, screws missing..!!

call him told him of damage,his resonse was it was usps fault not his..
then he said he would send blades and manuel, i'm still waiting 2 weeks gone by..
now he's on this site with diferent name channelwhip...
he's also on helifreak.com by his name ron jones
but my question is how to handle this problem..
i nevered had this problem before ..

sounds like this was from ebay? Not too sure where you came in contact with this person, but if it was on ebay then they cant do anything about it. If it was somewhere else then i would have to say read there policies and see what they can or cant do. Talk to usps and see if you can infact claim the damage and get the money. First thing i would do is keep gettin on him and see if he does anything. While doing that get in contact with where you first got intact with this guy to see if they can help you. If they cant then hit up usps and you should be able to get ur money to fix it. Who knows...if you play your cards right then u could get a lil more than normal out of em. Once you have exhausted these options along with leaving the guy bad feedback, then ur crap outta luck. Im sure somewhere in there it will be fixed.....i feel your pain!!

Did you agree on some packing method? If not, was the packing reasonable (say, a carton sturdy box like where most of these helis come in when you buy them new)? For the missing parts, could they have dropped out due to the damaged packing?

as to parts missing the box was sealed good parts never inside..
i waited 2 weeks for you to honor the deal ..
i still haven't gone to helifreak site yet ,your home site to see if you honor it ..but ALL I CAN SAY IS DON'T BUY FROM THIS GUY ....

For what it's worth, I have had a bit of spare time at work and did some searching and the only assosiation I could find between Predator2004 and channelwhip was the fact they both posted in one add here and thats not even the advert that MR GIL is trying to refer to which is this one

I'm not saying he is or is not whom you think he is however there is no indication from the infomation available to associate the two.

Maybe MR GIL has other infomation that can link the two????

Again Mr. GIL, it's a disappointment that you were caught in a bad deal, but whats even worse is that you reacted without thorough research and perhaps lost credibility during the process. rattling gyro

ok i talked to the guy over the phone ,he seemed suprized that i had his number , but any how he wants me to send him the gyro and then he will refund my money , now the question is ,should i send him the gyro then get my money or should he send the cash then i send the rattling gyro i kinda afrade he will say this is not the one i sent you or it was not in this condition ect.ect. i need help from you guys i dont trust this guy i would like you guy to put some pressure on him because i think im going to get screwed ,also can some one in here post picsa ill send them to you and you can post them for me thanks

Channelwhip tried to sell that gyro combo you bought to me first, but would only take a MO. I only MO to people on RR with a decent rep and some feedback. I instead bought one from PREDATOR2004 and he said it was brand new. The gyro had tape on it and the servo was broken from a crash.

I tried contacting PREDATOR2004 for sending me the screwed up GY401 combo with no luck. I would not even attempt to send anything back without a refund first since he lost my trust already. I filed a dispute with my CC since Paypal is pretty much useless.

Channelwhip likes to refer to a deal where he sent a crashed heli first and took payment afterwards. If he is a good guy as he poses then he should refund you first.
